We are open year round and are considered an essential service.
The CRA has indicated their intention in delaying the start of processing 2020 tax returns this year and we expect them to start February 24.
Our procedures will be similar to last year. We will be in our office with no extended hours this season and limiting in office exposure.
We have other options available for our clients to take advantage of and encourage you to utilize these instead of in person contact.
These services include:

Secure Online Portal Service
If dropping off your file, you will not be able to remain in the office or in the hall way if the office capacity is exceeded.
You will be required to fill in a screening form so that we can keep track of clients in case of exposure to Covid-19.
You are required to wear a mask to the office and if unable to wear a mask for medical reasons, We ask you to use one of our other options for filing.
We encourage you to use our online option, which is a secure Portal service to limit the spread of COVID-19.
Our clients should be receiving the 2020 Tax Season pamphlet and coupon with more details in the first week of February (later than normal as we wait for more guidance from the province regarding restrictions) and you can monitor our website for additional updates.

We are availabe via email or phone during the state of emergency and can provide you with tax estimates, RRSP limits, TFSA limits and tax consultations.

We are working with a lower in office employee count to abide with the Province of Ontario's Health and Safety Guidance for Employers of Office Settings
